Docebo Soars into Q3 2026 with Strong Execution and Government Vertical Growth

Docebo, a leading learning experience platform (LXP) company, has announced its third-quarter results for 2026, showcasing strong execution and growth in the government vertical. In a recent conference call, CEO Alessio Artuffo and CFO Brandon Farber provided insights into the company's performance, highlighting the progress made in this new market.

Regarding the government segment, Artuffo expressed pride in the team's consistent pipeline build, which exceeded expectations. He noted that while significant deals were hoped to be closed within the quarter itself, the company still has confidence they will come through by the end of the fiscal year. Additionally, Docebo is diversifying its public sector presence through partnerships like Deloitte, positioning itself for continued success in this new vertical.

The announcement of a $60 million one-time special dividend further highlights Docebo's financial stability and confidence in its future prospects. This move will deleverage the company, reducing debt from $90 million to $150 million, leaving it with a net debt position of approximately $108 million and projected adjusted EBITDA of $56 million.

CEO Artuffo attributed the success to the team's consistent execution and strategic plan implementation. As Docebo continues to grow in this new market, investors are looking forward to more news from next quarter. Analysts have praised the company's strong quarterly performance and updated verticalization strategy.

The conference call also touched on non-IFRS financial measures, with CFO Farber noting that while these metrics provide useful supplemental information about Docebo's financial performance, they are not recognized under IFRS. The company has referenced its MD&A for additional information regarding these measures and their reconciliations to the nearest IFRS measures.

As Docebo continues on its path of growth and expansion, investors remain optimistic about the company's future prospects, citing strong execution and strategic planning as key drivers of success.
