Full Truck Alliance: Q2 2026 Earnings Report - A Resilient Performance in Challenging Times

Full Truck Alliance's second-quarter 2026 earnings report has revealed a resilient performance, despite the challenging market environment. The company's business delivered a 12.7% year-over-year growth in fulfilled orders, reaching 68.5 million.

In an effort to enhance user experience and transaction efficiency, Full Truck Alliance remained focused on strengthening transaction protection for both shippers and truckers. This move significantly improved satisfaction across the platform, with average shipper MAUs increasing by 12.8% year-over-year to 3.57 million.

The company's nationwide network effects continued to amplify, driven by rising order density and trucker capacity. As a result, the fulfillment rate rose by 6.3 percentage points year-over-year to 47%, with median freight matching time further shortened.

Innovations in new business initiatives also contributed to Full Truck Alliance's strong performance. Qmove, its overseas platform, experienced rapid growth in both fulfilled orders and fulfillment rates, achieving nationwide coverage for less-than-truckload offerings through a network of dedicated line carriers.

Additionally, autonomous delivery vehicle pilots were expanded to multiple cities, demonstrating the company's commitment to exploring emerging technologies.

On the financial front, Full Truck Alliance reported a 4.4% year-over-year increase in total net revenues, reaching RMB 3.38 billion. Transaction service revenues grew by 33.1%, accounting for 52% of total net revenues, while net income reached RMB 1.35 billion, up 6.3% year-over-year.

The company's GAAP-adjusted net income increased to RMB 1.43 billion, with significant growth in net cash provided by operating activities to RMB 2.15 billion. This substantial increase in liquidity provides a solid foundation for the roll-out of new business initiatives and the execution of Full Truck Alliance's long-term strategy.

Full Truck Alliance remains committed to continuously returning value to shareholders through quarterly cash dividends, ensuring that investors benefit from its growth momentum.

Looking ahead, Full Truck Alliance is poised to capitalize on its comprehensive product portfolio, robust platform ecosystem, and expanding two-sided network, further deepening AI applications throughout the fulfillment process. The company's solid financial position, bolstered by its strong cash reserves, provides a stable foundation for the execution of its long-term strategy.
