Agilysys Hits Record Sales Mark in Q4 2025, Driven by Strength in SaaS and Hospitality Verticals

Agilysys, a leading provider of hospitality technology solutions, has reported record sales for the fourth quarter and full fiscal year 2025. The company's President and CEO, Ramesh Srinivasan, made the announcement on a recent conference call.
According to Srinivasan, Agilysys achieved a new high in global sales for fiscal 2025, with significant growth in several key verticals, including international regions, gaming casinos, hotels and resorts, and North America domestic sales. The company also reported record sales for its subscription Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings, which were up 58% compared to the previous best year.
The fourth quarter of fiscal 2025 was particularly strong, with Agilysys recording its highest-ever sales in both North America domestic and international regions. The company's newer, modernized and unified Point of Sale (POS) platform also performed well, with more than 150 customer properties currently using the system.
Agilysys' sales momentum was further boosted by a significant increase in Food Service Management (FSM) sales during the second half of fiscal 2025. FSM sales for Q3 and Q4 combined were nearly twice as high as those for Q1 and Q2, demonstrating the company's growing strength in this vertical.
In his comments on the call, Srinivasan highlighted the progress Agilysys has made in its Property Management System (PMS) business, which was up 58% compared to the previous best year. The company continues to make great strides on the PMS side of its business and is confident in its ability to maintain this momentum going forward.
Agilysys' CFO, Dave Wood, joined Srinivasan on the call to discuss various aspects of the company's financial performance for fiscal 2025. Wood noted that the company's sales success has been driven by a range of factors, including its strong product offerings and the growing demand for hospitality technology solutions.
In summary, Agilysys' record sales performance in Q4 2025 is a testament to the company's continued growth and success in the hospitality technology sector. The company's focus on developing innovative products and meeting the evolving needs of its customers has clearly paid off, with significant increases in sales across several key verticals.
