ClearSign Technologies Ends Q4 2025 on a High Note with 44% Revenue Growth

ClearSign Technologies, a leading provider of advanced combustion control systems for industrial applications, has reported strong financial results for its fourth quarter and full year 2025. The company's revenue grew by 44% compared to the same period in 2024, driven largely by demand for its process burner products.

According to the Q4 2025 corporate update call transcript, ClearSign recognized approximately $3.7 million in revenues for the quarter, a significant increase from $590,000 recorded in the same period of 2024. The growth was mainly attributed to a substantial order for a process burner that will be installed at a petrochemical plant off the Gulf Coast of Texas.

For the full year 2025, ClearSign's revenue reached approximately $5.2 million, up from $3.6 million in the same period of 2024. The company's gross profit was around 27%, down from 31% in 2024, due to a warranty accrual and non-recurring legal fees of approximately $746,000.

Despite the decrease in gross profit, ClearSign maintained a strong cash position, with net cash used in operations for the full year 2025 being approximately $4.7 million. As of December 31st, 2025, the company had around $9.2 million in cash and cash equivalents.

"We are pleased to see our revenue growth continue into Q4 2025," said Jim Deller, ClearSign's Chief Executive Officer, during the corporate update call. "Our process burner products have been well-received by customers, and we expect this trend to continue as we expand our offerings in the midstream and downstream sectors."

"The growth of our revenue is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team," added Brent Hinds, ClearSign's Chief Financial Officer. "We are committed to delivering high-quality products and services that meet the evolving needs of our customers."

ClearSign Technologies has established itself as a leading player in the industrial combustion control systems market. With its innovative solutions and strong financial performance, the company is well-positioned for continued growth and success in 2026 and beyond.
