CrowdStrike Crosses $1 Billion in Deal Value on AWS Marketplace, Sets New Standard for Ecosystem Execution

CrowdStrike, a leading cybersecurity company, has made significant strides in the fourth quarter of 2025, showcasing its commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction. During their Q4 earnings call, George Kurtz, Chief Executive Officer and Founder, highlighted several key highlights from the quarter.

One notable achievement is the company's success on AWS Marketplace, where CrowdStrike has become the first cybersecurity Independent Software Vendor (ISV) to cross $1 billion in deal value within a single calendar year. This milestone sets a new standard for ecosystem execution and demonstrates the scale of customers' long-term commitment to the Falcon platform.

CrowdStrike's Q4 results also include:

  • A net new ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) of $224 million, exceeding expectations;
  • A FY 2025 ending ARR of $4.24 billion, with a cloud security, identity protection, and Next-Gen SIEM segment growing nearly 15% year-over-year to over $1.3 billion;
  • A gross dollar retention rate of 97%, as customers remain committed to the Falcon platform.

The company's free cash flow also reached a record high of $240 million in Q4 and $1.07 billion for the full year, representing 27% of revenue. This achievement sets a new standard for CrowdStrike, making it the first pure-play software cybersecurity company to achieve this metric.

George Kurtz emphasized that the results demonstrate CrowdStrike's close relationship with customers and partners, its best-in-class defense and offense capabilities through the Falcon Flex subscription model, and its innovation engine remaining strong. The company has become a leader in market competitiveness, whether it's winning new logos or receiving positive feedback from third-party analyst research.

CrowdStrike finds itself at the epicenter of a rapidly evolving demand environment, driven by changes in technology and the threat landscape. As businesses prioritize consolidation, cost reduction, and automation, they are increasingly shifting away from ineffective point products towards more comprehensive solutions like CrowdStrike's Falcon platform.
