Entravision Sees Revenue Surge 26% in Q4 2025 Despite Media Segment Decline

Entravision, a leading digital media company, has reported a significant surge in revenue for the fourth quarter of 2025. According to the company's recent conference call transcript, revenue increased by 26% to $134 million compared to Q4 2024.

The growth was driven primarily by the Advertising Technology & Services (ATS) segment, which more than doubled its revenue in the quarter. The ATS segment saw a significant increase in customers and spend per customer, reflecting the growing demand for digital advertising solutions.

However, the media segment experienced a decline of 32% in Q4 2025 compared to Q4 2024, primarily due to lower political revenue. Despite this, local operations showed an 8% increase in revenue per monthly active advertiser, offsetting a 3% decrease in monthly active advertisers.

"We acknowledge that we have work to do to improve our operating performance and profitability, especially in our media business," said Michael Christenson, CEO of Entravision. "However, we remain committed to growing our business and earning a profit."

Entravision made significant investments in its media segment during 2025, adding capacity to local sales teams, digital sales specialists, and digital sales operations capabilities. These investments resulted in an increase in operating expenses of about $8 million on an annualized basis.

However, the company was able to fund these investments by improving efficiency and reducing costs in non-revenue-generating operations, resulting in total operating expenses being 6% lower in Q4 2025 compared to Q4 2024.

"We believe we can serve our local advertisers' needs in digital channels as well as our traditional broadcast video and audio channels," said Christenson. "This is an exciting opportunity for us, and we're committed to executing it effectively."

Entravision also announced the launch of new programming on its full-power Orlando television station, WOTF-TV, in partnership with Hemisphere Media. This initiative aims to serve the growing Puerto Rican, Caribbean, Central, and South American Spanish-speaking communities in Central Florida.

The company's Altavision network, launched in October last year, is also showing promising results. The new network provides broadcasting infrastructure and sales capabilities, as well as local news programming, and shares revenue with Grupo Multimedios of Monterrey, Mexico.

Entravision's Q4 2025 results demonstrate the company's resilience and commitment to growth despite industry headwinds. As the digital media landscape continues to evolve, Entravision is poised to capitalize on emerging opportunities and drive long-term success.
