The company also generated $591.7 million in revenue on a pro forma basis over the last 12 months.
EverCommerce's AI-powered operating system is designed to provide SMBs with the system of actions necessary to run their businesses efficiently, with tailored workflows that cater to their unique needs. The company serves over 745,000 customers across its three major verticals: EverPro for home and field services, EverHealth for medical practices, and EverWell for wellness service providers.

In addition to its financial achievements, EverCommerce has demonstrated its commitment to innovation through the deployment of nearly $85 million of capital to repurchase 8.2 million shares of its common stock and the repricing and extension of its credit facility.
The company's focus on cross-sell motions has also led to accelerated leading metrics compared to 2024, with a strong emphasis on providing value-added features and services like payments and customer rebates through its purchasing programs.
