GrabAGun Fires On All Cylinders in Q2 2026: Execution Excellence and Expansion into New Markets
The second quarter of 2026 has been a stellar period for GrabAGun, with the company demonstrating its prowess in execution excellence, expanding margins, and venturing into new markets.
According to Marc Nemati, the company's executive, during the Q2 2026 conference call, net revenue increased by 9% year-over-year to $23 million. This growth was driven primarily by an increase in average order value and a continued shift in mix towards higher price point products, reflecting the strength of GrabAGun's customer value proposition.
The company's gross margin expanded to approximately 13.5%, resulting from its disciplined approach to driving profitability. Notably, while revenue increased by 9%, cost of goods sold rose by only 6%, yielding a 39% increase in gross profit and a significant improvement in gross margin compared to the same period last year.
This performance is attributed to GrabAGun's AI-driven pricing optimization, favorable product mix, sourcing capabilities, and the initial contribution of PEW Logistics as it scales the platform. The efficiency in acquiring and serving customers is also noteworthy, with sales and marketing expense remaining approximately 1% of net revenue, reflecting a lean customer acquisition profile.
PEW Logistics has made significant progress since its inception, processing more than $1.9 million in gross merchandise value through the end of Q2 2026. The company recently welcomed its third manufacturer, Backwoods Suppressors, further expanding its reach into a growing product category. In addition, GrabAGun's nationwide FFL network places a licensed dealer within 15 miles of approximately 97% of the U.S. population, providing customers with fast and compliant service.
The combination of disciplined execution and a differentiated digital model continues to create meaningful operating advantages for GrabAGun. Mobile engagement remains strong, accounting for 67.5% of revenue, up from 64% in the first quarter. This trend reflects consumer behavior shifting towards digital channels, where GrabAGun's technology platform enables seamless customer experiences at structurally lower costs per transaction.
Looking ahead, GrabAGun is poised to build on its momentum, leveraging its operational strengths and strategic initiatives to drive further growth and expansion into new markets. With the new headquarters and fulfillment and distribution facility on track for completion in Q4 2026, the company is well-positioned to capitalize on emerging opportunities."
