INNOVATE Corp. Surpasses Expectations with Record-Breaking Quarter

On March 26, 2026, INNOVATE Corp. reported its fourth quarter and full year 2025 financial results, exceeding expectations in a number of key areas.

During the conference call, Paul Voigt, Interim CEO of INNOVATE, highlighted the company's continued execution across its portfolio, with revenues reaching $382.7 million for the fourth quarter and adjusted EBITDA of $24.5 million.

'We are pleased to report our fourth quarter and full year 2025 financial results,' Voigt said. 'While market conditions remained mixed in some areas, we made tangible progress in strengthening our backlog, advancing strategic initiatives, and maintaining financial discipline.'

DBM Global, one of INNOVATE's operating segments, delivered impressive results, with fourth quarter revenues of $373.9 million and adjusted EBITDA of $28 million. For the full year 2025, DBM generated revenue of $1.2 billion and adjusted EBITDA of $87.5 million.

MediBeacon, another key segment, achieved three important milestones since the last earnings call, including FDA approval for its next-generation TGFR system. This innovative technology enables direct measurements of the glomerular filtration rate without the need for blood draws or urine collection, improving patient comfort and providing economic value.

The company's results also show a strong backlog, with DBM Global's adjusted backlog increasing by approximately $700 million to just over $1.8 billion since the end of 2024. This increase reflects improving demand across markets, with several commercial projects slated to start in 2026 and a back half-weighted revenue profile for this coming year.

Overall, INNOVATE Corp.'s fourth quarter and full year 2025 financial results demonstrate the company's continued progress towards its goals. The company's focus on executing its strategy, while maintaining financial discipline, has paid off in a number of key areas, positioning it well for continued success in the coming years.
