Knowles Corporation Scores Big in Q1 2026 with 16% Revenue Growth

In a stellar performance, Knowles Corporation has reported its first quarter 2026 earnings, exceeding expectations and showcasing the company's continued momentum. According to the Q1 2026 earnings conference call transcript, Knowles achieved revenue of $153 million, marking a 16% year-over-year growth and firmly placing it at the high end of their guided range.

The company's strategy of leveraging its unique technologies to design custom-engineered solutions and delivering them at scale for blue-chip customers in high-growth markets has proven to be a winning combination. This is evident in the strong organic growth reported across various segments, including MedTech & Specialty Audio and Precision Devices.

In particular, Knowles' MedTech & Specialty Audio segment saw revenue of $68 million, representing a 14% year-over-year increase. The company's position on key platforms and new product introductions by its customers have led to stronger-than-expected growth in the first quarter. While projections for the full year 2026 remain within the 2%-4% range for this segment, Knowles is poised to win next-generation designs for MEMS microphones and balanced armature speakers, offering opportunities for increased content per device in hearing health products and expanded reach through its Micro Solutions Group.

The Precision Devices segment also demonstrated impressive growth, with revenue reaching $85 million, a 17% year-over-year increase. This segment's diverse end markets, including MedTech, Defense, Industrial, and Electrification, all showed growth on a year-over-year basis. Key highlights driving growth in these end markets include strength in the defense market across product families, driven by ongoing OEM investments, new products starting production, and share gains.

Knowles' President and CEO, Jeffrey Niew, emphasized that the company's strategy is proving to be a powerful combination. The solid financial results in Q1 and great momentum entering the rest of the year are testaments to this approach. With strong EPS of $0.27, up 50% year-over-year, exceeding the high end of their guided range, Knowles is well-positioned for continued success.
