He also highlighted the importance of clients, citing several transformative engagements with leading industrial companies, a global semiconductor company, and an insurance firm.
Korn Ferry's financial performance has been steady, with a 26% contribution to top-line revenue from inside sales and referrals. The company has raised its dividend six times in five years and maintains a balanced approach to capital management.
