LifeMD Sets Sights on Virtual Healthcare Dominance with Strong Q4 Results
LifeMD, a leading virtual healthcare provider, has made significant strides in its mission to revolutionize patient care with its latest fourth quarter and full year financial results. The company's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Justin Schreiber, and Chief Financial Officer, Marc Benathen, shared the details of their strong performance during a conference call on March 9, 2026.
The highlights from LifeMD's Q4 2025 were impressive, with the company delivering solid results across all its business lines. As of December 31st, 2025, LifeMD had over 322,000 active subscribers, a staggering cash reserve of nearly $37 million, and no debt, marking the strongest balance sheet and liquidity position in the company's history.
The virtual care provider has also seen a significant increase in its online presence, with more than 120,000 unique daily visitors to its websites. This reflects the growing demand for LifeMD's services, which include weight management and women's health offerings. In particular, the weight management business has been thriving, with new patient acquisition volumes approaching 700 per day while customer acquisition costs have declined sequentially.
The success of LifeMD's weight management program can be attributed to its strategic partnerships with leading pharmaceutical companies such as Novo Nordisk. The company's collaboration with Novo Nordisk has enabled the launch of oral Wegovy, significantly expanding access for patients who prefer an oral option. This move is expected to further enhance LifeMD's position in the market and drive long-term growth.
In addition to its weight management business, LifeMD has also made significant investments in its women's health offering. The company has acquired Optimal Human Health MD, a virtual concierge women's health company founded by Dr. Doug Lucas, a renowned authority in women's hormonal and bone health. Furthermore, LifeMD has partnered with Dr. Tara Scott, known as the Hormone Guru, an internationally recognized physician with expertise in menopause and hormone-related issues.
The market need for high-quality virtual women's healthcare is clear, with nearly 50% of U.S. counties lacking an OBGYN and 1.3 million women entering menopause each year creating massive unmet demand. While still early days for LifeMD's women's health offering, the company is optimistic about its potential to drive growth in 2026 and become a major contributor to long-term success.
