Paycom, a leading provider of cloud-based human capital management (HCM) software, wrapped up 2024 on a high note, propelled by focused execution, organic sales growth, and operational efficiency gains.

"We ended 2024 with strong momentum, thanks to our focused execution, organic sales growth, and operational efficiency gains," said Chad Richison, Paycom's CEO and President, during the company's Q4 earnings conference call.

Paycom reported a successful fourth quarter, marked by notable achievements in client ROI achievement, full solution automation, and delivering world-class service. The company is poised to fuel its momentum into 2025 by maintaining its focus on these key areas.

"We already have the most automated solution in the industry, and we are rapidly moving towards full solution automation, driving even more ROI for our clients," Richison emphasized. "Our software vision is that people shouldn't do tasks that systems can safely automate."

One of Paycom's key solutions, Beti, continues to eliminate non-revenue-generating tasks on the payroll side, enabling clients to shift resources to more profitable activities. A notable example of Beti's success comes from a client in the professional sports industry, which saw an 85% reduction in time and effort wasted on payroll after implementing the solution.

Paycom also highlighted its ability to onboard large clients seamlessly, such as a 2,000-employee retail client that reduced its payroll processing time by nearly 85%. Furthermore, Paycom's HR team saved an additional month annually of unproductive time by automating processes outside of payroll.

The company's next CFO, Bob Foster, brings industry experience and financial expertise to lead the financial team. Richison welcomed Foster, who joined Paycom over two years ago, and praised his ability to execute plans effectively.
