RingCentral Sets Sights on Supercharging Product Portfolio with AI-Fueled Growth
In a recent conference call to discuss their Q4 2024 earnings, RingCentral's leadership outlined an exciting vision for the company's future growth and innovation. Ringing up another success was the company's ability to achieve positive GAAP operating profitability for the third time, and generating a whopping $403 million of free cash flow, an increase of 24% versus 2023. Looking ahead, RingCentral expects to generate $0.5 billion of levered free cash flow in 2025.
Another notable achievement was the reduction in stock-based compensation as a percentage of revenue, declining over 5 percentage points year-over-year to 14%. This should set up the company for another year of healthy free cash flow per share growth.
