So-Young Seizes the Moment in China's Medical Aesthetic Industry

So-Young, a leading player in China's medical aesthetic industry, has just reported its fourth quarter and full year 2025 earnings, revealing impressive growth and strategic progress. In an era of structural adjustments in the upstream capacity and value-driven consumers, So-Young is poised to capitalize on this shift.

Mr. Xing Jin, Founder, Chairman, and CEO, highlighted that return to value has become a common theme for institutions pursuing scaled and repeatable models, offering a critical window to build long-term edge. So-Young's Q4 results demonstrate its success in delivering scale breakthrough center ops and operational improvement in its aesthetic center business.

The company achieved record-high quarterly revenue of RMB 461 million, up around 25% year-over-year. Revenues from its aesthetic center business reached CNY 248 million, a staggering 205% increase year-over-year, beating the high end of guidance. So-Young Clinic has become the largest laser medical aesthetic chain in China by number of centers.

Key milestones were achieved in Q4, including opening 49 laser medical aesthetic centers nationwide, ranking first among all peers by center count, and exceeding 125,000 verified treatment visits, up 178% year-over-year. The growth in both treatment volume and user base validates the market demand and ongoing recognition from consumers.

So-Young's commitment to operational efficiency is also evident, with 25 centers achieving profitability and 39 generating positive operating cash flow in Q4. For 2026, the company plans to accelerate expansion, opening at least 35 new centers, focusing on core cities like Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen, while exploring second-tier cities.

So-Young is also investing in medical service delivery capability, enhancing its service across three dimensions: physician team, compliance framework, and data security. By year-end 2025, the full-time physician team expanded to 211, ranking first nationwide among peers by physician count, with an impressive average of over six years' experience.

The company has established a robust system for recruiting, training, and developing medical talent. With its physician team's expertise growing, user trust solidifying, and regulatory framework strengthened, So-Young is confident in further improving center profitability while maintaining expansion.
