Vivos Shatters Revenue Records and Seizes Sleep Therapy Market with Bold New Strategies

Yesterday, Vivos delivered a triumphant financial report for Q4 2025, marking the company's second full quarter of operation since its strategic acquisition of the Sleep Center of Nevada (SCN) in June 2025. The conference call was led by Bradford Amman, Chief Financial Officer, and Kirk Huntsman, Chairman and CEO.

In a bold move to redefine sales, marketing, and distribution strategies, Vivos has successfully leveraged its pivot towards sleep center affiliations. This innovative approach has yielded a remarkable increase in revenue during Q4 2025, with overall sales rising by $2.4 million or 16% compared to the same period in 2024.

At the core of this success lies the company's concerted effort to expand its sleep testing services and treatment offerings at two SCN locations. These strategic investments have generated an additional $4.8 million in revenue from sleep testing, as well as approximately $2.2 million from the treatment of patients launched at these specific sleep centers.

While product sales to legacy VIP dentists experienced a decline of approximately $1 million, this dip was largely offset by the remarkable growth witnessed in other areas of business. As Bradford Amman noted during the conference call, "Our pivot of our sales, marketing, and distribution model has taken hold." This strategic shift is set to propel Vivos towards continued success in the sleep therapy market.

As the company looks ahead to 2026 and beyond, Vivos remains committed to harnessing innovation and customer-centricity. With FDA clearance for various appliances to treat mild to severe OSA secured in 2023 and moderate to severe OSA in children ages six to seventeen years old achieved in September 2024, treatment of patients with severe OSA can now be performed using specific Vivos devices under clinical discretion.

This forward-thinking approach is set to drive further growth for the company, solidifying its position as a leader in the sleep therapy market. With an unwavering focus on delivering cutting-edge solutions and exceptional customer experiences, Vivos stands poised to continue shattering revenue records and making strides towards achieving positive cash flows and profitability.
