Alliance Laundry Soaks Up Strong Q2 Performance Amidst Global Volatility

Alliance Laundry, a leading provider of commercial laundry equipment and services, has reported a stellar second quarter (Q2) 2026 performance, defying the global economic headwinds. The company's robust growth trajectory continues to impress, with revenue up 7% year-over-year, adjusted EBITDA growing by 12%, and adjusted net income soaring by 54%. This remarkable performance has given Alliance Laundry the confidence to raise its guidance for the balance of 2026.

In a call with investors, Mike Schoeb, Chief Executive Officer, attributed the company's success to its resilient, replacement-driven business model, market-leading position, and disciplined operational excellence. "Every day really is laundry day," he emphasized, highlighting the essential nature of commercial laundry services in modern life. Alliance Laundry's diversified geographies and end markets, serving non-discretionary needs across various verticals, have consistently delivered growth and consistency across economic cycles.

The company's digital innovation strategy also continues to bear fruit, with strong adoption rates across its equipment and services. This connected approach enables better uptime, smarter servicing, lower costs, and higher revenue, ultimately strengthening customer relationships. "The more connected our equipment is," said Schoeb, "the more value we can deliver."

Regionally, North America delivered a broad-based quarter, with growth across every vertical and pricing that helped offset inflation and tariff impacts. Asia Pacific saw strength in vended markets, while Europe remained steady. Although the Middle East/Africa region's impact is minimal due to its less than 2% share of global revenue, Alliance Laundry expects normal growth dynamics to return when the conflict subsides.

On the financial front, Dean, the company representative, will detail the updated guidance in a subsequent presentation. However, Mike Schoeb highlighted the significant progress made on debt repayment, with $50 million paid down in Q2 and over $800 million repaid over the past 12 months. This has resulted in a reduction in net leverage from 4.6 to 2.4 times.

Alliance Laundry's impressive Q2 performance serves as a testament to its strong business fundamentals and ability to navigate challenging economic environments. As the company continues to execute on its strategy, investors can expect further growth and dividends.
