Bridger Aerospace Soars to Record-Breaking Heights in Q4 2025

Bridger Aerospace has reported a stellar fourth quarter, with record-breaking operational and financial performance. The company's revenue and adjusted EBITDA grew by more than 20% in 2025, marking the second consecutive year of positive cash flow and net income.

Despite a statistically below-average fire year, Bridger Aerospace demonstrated remarkable resilience, driven by the strength of its business model, diversified revenue streams, and strategic task orders. The company's Super Scoopers and enhanced Air Attack assets played a crucial role in driving pre-positioning and improved utilization rates, which rose almost 10% year-over-year.

Utilization, measured in days on contract, was up significantly, with multi-mission aircraft doubling their flight hours year-over-year. The increased usage has been attributed to an ideological shift in how the U.S. fights wildfires, with federal and state customers placing greater emphasis on initial and direct attack. Bridger Aerospace's aircraft are well-suited for this aggressive approach, and the company is directing efforts to maximize use while expanding capacity with additional aircraft.

Notably, there remains unmet demand for Super Scoopers, with over 60 orders unable to be filled due to existing deployments. This highlights the growing importance of early detection and response in wildfire management. To address this, Bridger Aerospace has deployed two Pilatus PC-12s and two Super Scoopers to fight fires, including one multi-mission aircraft mobilized to Oklahoma and another to Texas for aerial intelligence.

At least three of the company's Super Scoopers have remained ready throughout the winter months to support training or be dispatched as needed. This commitment to year-round readiness underscores Bridger Aerospace's dedication to safety and effectiveness in addressing wildfires.

"Our team has risen to the occasion, executing on our mission with a focus on safety," said Sam Davis, Chief Executive Officer of Bridger Aerospace. "Their hard work and dedication have driven record operational and financial performance, further demonstrating the strength of our business model."

Bridger Aerospace's Q4 2025 results mark a significant milestone in the company's growth journey. With its focus on innovation, safety, and customer satisfaction, Bridger Aerospace is well-positioned to continue delivering exceptional results.
