Doximity Delivers Strong Q4 2025 Results: Record Revenue and Network Growth

San Francisco-based Doximity, a leading digital health platform for physicians, has reported strong financial results for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025. In a recent conference call, the company's CEO Jeff Tangney highlighted the key achievements of the quarter.

The company delivered $138 million in revenue for Q4, beating its guidance and representing a 20% year-on-year growth. This brings the total revenue for the full fiscal year to $570 million, with an adjusted EBITDA margin of 55%. Free cash flow also saw significant growth, increasing by 50% to $267 million.

Network growth was another area where Doximity excelled, with unique active users hitting fresh highs on a quarterly, monthly, weekly, and daily basis. The company's news feed continued to be its most used and monetized product, with record-high unique News Feed users in Q4. Articles read or tapped on the platform saw a 30% increase year-on-year, further solidifying Doximity's position as a leading digital health platform.

The company's workflow tools also experienced significant growth, with over 620,000 unique active prescribers using the platform's telehealth, fax, scheduling, and AI tools. The AI tools grew at an impressive rate of more than five times year-on-year, driven by the increasing adoption of mobile and AI-powered solutions in medicine.

At the recent Physician and Pharma Client Summits, Doximity showcased its specialty-specific AI tools and HIPAA-secure environment, which received positive feedback from attendees. The company's ability to upload and securely analyze documents was a particular highlight, offering physicians a solution to address note bloat and improve their workflow.

The success of Doximity's AI tools has been evident in recent studies, such as the JAMIA study that found a fifth of ER patients have medical records longer than Moby Dick. This can lead to hours of reading for specialists treating new patients, but with Doximity GPT, physicians can upload patient files and access summarized key clinical findings or complex diagnostic clues.

As the practice of medicine continues to evolve, Doximity is well-positioned to meet the changing needs of healthcare professionals. The company's commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction has led to impressive growth in revenue, network engagement, and client satisfaction.
