FlashEx Delivers Strong Growth in Q4 2025, Expands Service Network and Enhances User Experience
BingEx's FlashEx segment has made significant strides in its fourth quarter and full-year 2025 financial results, as reported during a recent conference call. The company's dedication to delivering high-quality service experiences has paid off, with a robust expansion of its service network and user base.
As of the end of 2025, FlashEx's service network spanned 298 cities across China, boasting an impressive 31 million registered riders and 120 million registered users on the platform. This exponential growth provides a solid foundation for further enhancing the company's service capabilities and user experience.
"In on-demand delivery industry, a differential service experience is our core competitive advantage," said Adam Xue, Founder, Chairman of the Board, and Chief Executive Officer of FlashEx. "This will continue to serve as a key driver of our long-term growth."
Financially, the company reported total revenue of RMB 1 billion in Q4 2025, with a gross margin of 10.8%. Adjusted net profit increased by 107.1% year-over-year to RMB 41.6 million. For the full year of 2025, total revenue reached RMB 4 billion with a gross margin of 11.8%, and adjusted net profit was nearly RMB 200 million.
The company's continued optimization of its order mix and more refined subsidy strategies have contributed to its improving profitability. In Q4 2025, FlashEx executed its strategy centered on refined operations, focusing on optimizing order mix and service quality. Through targeted customer acquisition and smarter capacity allocation, the company enhanced the service experience for high-value orders while further improving overall fulfillment efficiency.
"As more high-quality merchants adopt FlashEx as a reliable fulfillment channel," Xue noted, "orders with higher requirements for delivery speed and service quality have continued to grow, leveraging FlashEx established service capabilities."
The demand for electronics delivery was particularly strong in Q4 2025, with order volume increasing by 17% year-over-year. This category typically carries a higher average order value, reinforcing FlashEx's differentiated positioning in high-quality delivery services and supporting the platform's gross margin.
FlashEx has also continued to deepen its focus on delivery scenarios where service experience matters most. As one of its core categories, cake delivery returned to growth in Q4 2025, with order volume increasing by more than 5% year-over-year. The company refined various aspects of the delivery process for this category, including redesigning dedicated cake delivery boxes to improve stability and shock resilience.
