He emphasized that Adobe has always focused on creating new market categories to serve an expanding set of customers, enabling the company to build industry-leading platforms and products in the areas of creativity, productivity, and customer experience.
One of the key drivers of Adobe's success is its strategic use of artificial intelligence (AI). The company plans to leverage AI to increase the reach, value, and impact it delivers to customers, driving growth over the next decade. Narayen explained that AI enables Adobe to democratize access to every creative discipline for everyone from casual creators to seasoned professionals.
Adobe's commitment to innovation is evident in its impressive product portfolio. The company has delivered innovative solutions such as Acrobat and PDF, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Experience Platform, InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere, among others. These products are now used by over 1 billion monthly active users across all businesses, a number that grew greater than 20% year-over-year in Q3.
The company's recent launches of Express and Firefly have further expanded its reach. The creative freemium MAU has crossed 100 million and grown greater than 70% year-over-year. Adobe is also the leading provider of customer experience orchestration solutions, delivering over 1 trillion experiences per year for enterprise customers.
In addition to its impressive revenue growth, Adobe's AI-first ending ARR now exceeds $650 million and grows more than 150% year-over-year. This milestone demonstrates the company's successful capitalization on the massive AI opportunity across creativity, productivity, and customer experiences.
Narayen also announced that Anil Chakravarthy will become Adobe's next President and Chief Executive Officer, effective December 1st. Chakravarthy has a proven track record of building and delivering category-defining products that serve Adobe's broad range of customers.
