TDS and Array Deliver Strong Q3 Results Amid Strategic Progress

TDS and Array, a leading telecommunications company, announced its third quarter 2026 operating results, showcasing impressive performance across both business units.

Walter Carlson, President and CEO of TDS, highlighted the progress made during the quarter, stating, "TDS made progress during the third quarter on our mission to transform the organization." The company's strategic actions, including exiting the wireless business and investing in fiber without high leverage, have positioned it well for future success.

TDS Telecom delivered record construction activity and strong fiber customer growth, but faces pressures on profitability. Array Digital Infrastructure, on the other hand, reported strong revenue growth as it continues to optimize its portfolio.

As Ken Dixon and Chris Bothfeld explained, TDS Telecom is expanding its fiber footprint while increasing its focus on converting addresses to customers. Anthony Carlson described how Array is advancing its strategic priorities through increased tower co-locations and continued efforts to monetize its C-band spectrum.

The company's enterprise priorities remain clear: grow and strengthen its fiber business, maximize the value of its tower portfolio, maintain disciplined capital allocation, and continue transforming its business for the future. Despite the withdrawal of a previously announced offer to acquire Array in an all-stock transaction, TDS continues to support both businesses as they advance their respective strategic objectives.

Chris Bothfeld noted that delivering on this level of continued expansion requires intentional oversubscription, which drives pull-forward capital but is necessary to fill the pipeline and mitigate temporary construction delays. The company's commitment to its customers and associates remains unwavering, with Walter Carlson expressing gratitude for their continued commitment and contributions.

With its strategic priorities in place, TDS and Array are well-positioned to create long-term value and drive growth across both business units.
