Atmus Filtration Technologies Exceeds Expectations with Strong Q3 2026 Earnings

Atmus Filtration Technologies, a leading provider of filtration solutions, has reported impressive financial results for the third quarter of 2026. The company's strong performance was highlighted by CEO Steph Disher during the recent earnings call.

In his remarks, Disher emphasized the importance of the company's four-pillar growth strategy, which is driving organic revenue growth across its business segments. The first pillar focuses on growing share in first-fit markets, where Atmus has seen a strong upturn in the US market and has been able to leverage its longstanding partnership with market leaders.

As a result of this strategy, Atmus has delivered year-to-date revenue growth of 15%, with organic growth momentum building in its Power Solutions segment. In the third quarter specifically, the company reported an increase in sales to $510 million compared to $448 million during the same period last year, driven by the acquisition of Koch Filter and organic sales performance of 3% in Power Solutions.

Adjusted EBITDA was $104 million, or 20.4%, compared to $92 million, or 20.4%, last year. Adjusted earnings per share came in at $0.77, while adjusted free cash flow reached $88 million. These strong financial results reflect the company's ability to deliver profitability and generate cash through its disciplined growth strategy.

"Our team has delivered year-to-date revenue growth of 15%, a reflection of our disciplined delivery of our growth strategy," Disher stated during the earnings call. "Our expansion into industrial filtration markets has contributed 9%, and our consistent focus on building a strong growth engine within our Power Solutions segment has resulted in organic growth of 3%." He added, "We have generated $189 million of adjusted free cash flow through September 30, an increase of $61 million from the same period last year."

In addition to its financial results, Atmus also highlighted its commitment to capital allocation and returned $25 million of cash to shareholders through share buybacks and dividends during the third quarter. The company has paid down $100 million of debt since its last earnings call and achieved its stated objective of reducing leverage following a significant acquisition.

"Given the strength of our balance sheet and strong cash generation capability of the business, moving forward, we expect to increase share repurchases," Disher emphasized during his remarks. The company's board of directors recently approved a new $300 million share repurchase program, replacing its previous authorization.

Atmus Filtration Technologies' Q3 2026 earnings report demonstrates the company's continued commitment to growth, profitability, and capital discipline. As the market leader in filtration solutions, Atmus is well-positioned for future success and continues to exceed investor expectations with its impressive financial performance."
