Amdocs Leaps into AI Revolution with Strategic Partnerships and Groundbreaking Technology

Amdocs, a leading provider of digital transformation solutions for the telecommunications industry, has made significant strides in its mission to prepare the company for the agentic revolution. In its recent Q4 2026 conference call, Amdocs' CEO Shimie Hortig revealed that the company has achieved solid fourth quarter and full year fiscal 2026 results, consistent with its guidance.

At the heart of Amdocs' strategy is its aOS, or Agentic Operating System for Telco, which is rapidly gaining traction in the market. The company has recently signed an eight-year strategic agreement with AT&T, its largest customer, designed to accelerate the transformation of their business by adopting Amdocs' agentic technology in combination with AT&T's leading AI capabilities.

This groundbreaking partnership marks a significant milestone for Amdocs and AT&T, bringing together the shared expertise of both companies to simplify complex work, improve efficiency, and bring new products and experiences to customers faster. The agreement is the first-of-its-kind journey that Amdocs believes should be the leading approach for AI adoption in the telco market.

Amdocs has also announced three major strategic aOS deals this quarter across Europe, Eurasia, and Southeast Asia. A 10-year agreement with VEON, a global digital operator, will leverage aOS to agentify VEON's operation, customer experiences, and digital services. In the Philippines, Globe has signed a multi-year agreement to modernize its core business platform and strengthen IT operations using Amdocs' aOS.

In the U.K., VodafoneThree selected Amdocs to support the upgrade of its B2B business support systems on a new agentic enterprise platform. Powered by aOS, the program will consolidate and upgrade multiple legacy systems onto a single Amdocs enterprise technology stack and deliver agentic capabilities across delivery and operations.

According to Shimie Hortig, CEO of Amdocs, "The telco industry will need to transform and change their operational model to realize the benefits of the AI revolution. For them to be successful, they will need a trusted partner to transform their mission-critical systems, one with deep industry expertise, engineering pedigree, and transformation capabilities." Amdocs believes that it is uniquely positioned to be this strategic partner.

Amdocs' move into the agentic revolution marks an exciting new chapter for the company. With its groundbreaking technology and strategic partnerships, Amdocs is poised to drive innovation in the telecommunications industry and provide transformative solutions for its customers.
