BeFra's Q3 Earnings Showcase Substantial Growth and Diversification

BeFra, a leading direct sales company, has reported its third quarter 2026 earnings, showcasing substantial growth and diversification across its portfolio of brands. The company's President and Chief Executive Officer, Andrés Campos, welcomed investors to the conference call, highlighting the significant step forward in BeFra's evolution.

According to Campos, the third quarter marked a substantial increase in scale, brand diversification, geographic reach, and financial strength for BeFra. The company is pleased with the progress seen across its businesses, including Betterware delivering its third consecutive quarter of year-over-year growth, and Tupperware contributing meaningfully to revenue.

Betterware's strong commercial momentum was evident in Mexico, where revenue increased 8.5% year-over-year. This demonstrates the brand's ability to navigate challenging market conditions. Additionally, Betterware Latin America remained on a continued growth trajectory, with the region developing into a second growth engine for the brand.

On the other hand, Jafra experienced a slight revenue shortfall, which BeFra is addressing through stronger promotional planning, faster commercial execution, and a change in management. Despite this, the company remains encouraged by the progress at Tupperware, which has expanded its commercial networks.

The consolidated revenue increased 43.1% year-over-year to MXN 4,832 million, with Betterware representing 31.5%, Jafra representing 40%, and Tupperware representing 28.5% of the total revenue. The company's geographic mix has also broadened, with Mexico remaining its largest market at 87.5% of revenue, while Latin America increased to 8.2%, primarily reflecting the addition of Tupperware's Brazil operations.

The consolidated EBITDA increased 39.6% year-over-year to MXN 1,008 million, reflecting Tupperware's contribution and continued profitability at Betterware, partially offset by lower EBITDA at Jafra. Net income increased a strong 24.2% year-over-year to MXN 390 million, despite a higher effective tax rate than the prior year period.

The company's results reinforce its long-term strategy of building a unique house of brands, supported by person-to-person commercialization and disciplined financial management. BeFra's ability to deliver strong growth and diversification is expected to continue, driven by its expanded portfolio and geographic reach.
