BranchOut Food Hits Record Revenue in Q2 2026 with Strong Customer Execution and Innovative Product Strategy

BranchOut Food has announced its highest quarterly revenue ever, reaching $4.45 million net in the second quarter of 2026. The company's Chief Financial Officer, Mr. John Dalfonsi, highlighted this achievement during a recent conference call, citing strong customer execution across all channels as a key factor.

According to Eric Healy, CEO of BranchOut Food, the company's strategy of creating innovative products for customers to secure long-term business is paying off. This approach has led to a significant increase in revenue guidance for the fourth quarter, with the company expecting to produce 70,000 kg, up from an average of 45,000 kg, to meet the demands coming in terms of sales.

One notable success was the introduction of BranchOut Food's product at Sam's Club, which sold extremely well and exceeded the retailer's threshold. This has resulted in a continuous reoccurring order for the company, with the product expected to return to stores come September timeframe.

The Q3 production was still largely first-time, with some products having been scaled up and dialed in for the first time. The company invested heavily in marketing the product to secure this follow-on business, which contributed to a slight decrease in margins for the quarter. However, this investment is expected to pay off in the long run as the company secures long-term business.

Another significant development was the growth of BranchOut Food's industrial ingredient business, particularly with organic and conventional strawberry products for an ingredient partner. While this brought in a large revenue opportunity, it also resulted in higher raw material costs due to the off-season demand. However, the company has now secured orders for the strawberry product during the season, allowing them to contract the raw material and produce it during the optimum time.

Mr. Dalfonsi emphasized that the company's strategy remains unchanged, with a focus on creating innovative products for customers to secure long-term business and achieve a 40% margin target. Despite some challenges in Q3, BranchOut Food appears to be making good progress towards this goal, driven by strong customer execution and strategic product development.
