Claritev Corporation Sees Strong Q2 Results as Company Continues to Drive Growth and Innovation in Healthcare Industry

Claritev Corporation has reported another strong quarter for 2026, with the company's Second Quarter Earnings Conference Call highlighting its continued progress on the turnaround journey. According to Travis Dalton, President and Chief Executive Officer, the company's strategy is working, execution is strengthening, growth is returning, and momentum is building across the business.

The past two years have seen Claritev lay the foundation for clarity, alignment, focus, which has positioned the company to take advantage of opportunities in front of it. The company's Investor Day in March introduced 2026 as the year of the way up, a return to sustainable growth in its multi-year transformation. The first half of the year has demonstrated that Claritev's strategy of driving horizontal solutions into vertical markets is working.

One area where the company has seen significant progress is in the third-party administrator (TPA) business, which represented the largest contributor to second-quarter bookings. Several seven-figure deals were secured during this period, including a major win with Marpi, which selected Claritev's Payment and Revenue Integrity solutions for both prepay and post-pay claims.

The company's technology modernization positions it to quickly adapt and harness the power of new tools and technology like AI to bring more value to clients. Travis Dalton highlighted that organizations with knowledge and structural alignment will be winners going forward, citing Claritev's greatest asset as its industry acumen.

Claritev has made thoughtful investments in its technology, platforms, data architecture, and talent over the last two years. These efforts are expected to continue driving growth and innovation within the healthcare industry. According to Dalton, 'Our people have embraced change and new opportunities to impact healthcare,' demonstrating a culture of growth at the company.

The company's strong Q2 results exceeded expectations on nearly every key metric, with revenue and adjusted EBITDA both coming in above plan. Bookings for the first half of 2026 exceeded $70 million ACV, well on track to achieve the company's full-year stretch target of $100 million.

Doug Garis, Chief Financial Officer, provided color on the conversion cycle from booking to revenue, highlighting that Claritev's business performance validates the foundation against its multi-year financial goals. The company remains committed to driving growth and innovation in the healthcare industry, with a focus on leveraging AI to bring more value to clients.
