Daré Bioscience Achieves Milestone in Women's Health with Direct-to-Market Commercialization

Daré Bioscience has achieved a significant milestone in its mission to provide innovative women's health solutions, as the company announced during its Q2 2026 conference call. The milestone marks the launch of Flora Sync LF5, the first product in Daré's DARE to RESTORE line, which is being commercialized directly by the company.

According to Sabrina Martucci Johnson, President and Chief Executive Officer of Daré Bioscience, this represents a new chapter for the company. "We did not stop being a science-driven development company," she said. "We added something new, commercial execution." This distinction is significant, as it marks a shift from solely developing differentiated solutions to bringing those solutions directly to women who need them.

Flora Sync LF5 is a non-hormonal probiotic vaginal capsule designed to support vaginal microbiome balance, moisture, and comfort. The product's launch marks the culmination of years of work by Daré Bioscience in building towards this moment. "For more than 10 years, Daré has been building towards this moment," said Johnson. "We built Daré on a simple conviction: women's health is an investment-grade category."

The company also announced that it continues to advance DARE to PLAY sildenafil cream toward prescription dispensing, which is targeted to begin this quarter. This marks another significant step in the commercialization of the product. With two products now moving from pipeline into the market and a strategy designed for efficient growth, Daré Bioscience has established itself as a major player in women's health.

"We are still in the early stages of commercialization," said Johnson. "Our priority is disciplined execution." The infrastructure, relationships, and capabilities being put in place today are designed to support efficient, repeatable growth as the company's commercial portfolio expands.

The transition to direct-to-market commercialization marks a significant shift for Daré Bioscience. With Flora Sync LF5 leading the way, the company is poised to bring innovative solutions directly to women who need them. This approach has the potential to revolutionize the way women's health products are developed and marketed.
