This impressive performance is a testament to the company's commitment to delivering high-quality and consistent execution across its key priorities.

Speaking on the conference call, Steven Ridge, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, emphasized that the company has remained focused on three top priorities since the conclusion of the business review almost two and a half years ago. These priorities include achieving financial commitments, major construction milestones for the Coastal Virginia Offshore Wind project, and constructive regulatory outcomes.

Domion Energy's Q2 results demonstrate success against these priorities, extending its track record of high-quality execution. The company has reaffirmed all financial guidance provided on its fourth-quarter earnings call, including operating earnings, credit, dividend, and long-term growth guidance.

In addition to strong sales in its service areas driven by economic growth and data center expansion, Dominion Energy has reported impressive sales figures, with nine of the top 10 all-time peak days occurring this year. Notably, eight of these peak days have occurred in the last two months, highlighting the company's commitment to system reliability.

The company's focus on innovation is also evident in its data center business, which has seen significant growth in recent years. With over 53 GW of data center capacity in various stages of contracting, Dominion Energy continues to attract high-quality, low-risk customers who value the unique network density and connectivity advantages of Virginia.

"We're proud of our team's commitment and dedication to delivering exemplary system reliability in the face of record-setting demand and difficult weather conditions," Ridge said. "Our focus on innovation and customer satisfaction has enabled us to maintain a strong position in the data center market, with robust demand from customers who recognize the value of Virginia as a hub for their growth needs."

Dominion Energy's continued success is set to drive further growth and innovation, with the company poised to deliver strong full-year results. As it remains focused on its core priorities, investors and stakeholders can expect sustained commitment to financial performance, regulatory outcomes, and customer satisfaction.
