Guidewire Powers Ahead: Q3 2026 Delivers Strong Momentum, 11 Cloud Wins

Guidewire, a leading provider of cloud-based software for the insurance industry, continues to build momentum in its third quarter of fiscal 2026. The company delivered strong financial results, with revenue, profitability, and cash flow all exceeding expectations.

In a conference call held on June 4th, Guidewire's management team highlighted the key achievements of the quarter. Among these were 11 cloud wins, including two net new core system wins and five ProNavigator deals. The company also reported growing customer interest in its PricingCenter and AI platform tooling offerings.

"We delivered another great quarter in Q3 and continue to build momentum across the business," said Mike Rosenbaum, Chief Executive Officer of Guidewire. "The quarter was highlighted by strong progression in key pipeline deals, growing customer interest in our AI platform tooling and ProNavigator offerings, and a solid foundation for the remainder of this fiscal year and next."

Guidewire's revenue growth has been driven by increasing demand from insurers looking to modernize their core systems. The company reported 19% year-over-year growth in annual recurring revenue (ARR), with fully ramped ARR continuing to grow faster than ARR.

The bookings results in the quarter were solid, with one notable transaction being a seven-year extension and DWP expansion with Auto Club of Southern California for InsuranceSuite on Guidewire Cloud Platform. This carrier is investing in Guidewire to support long-term growth while incorporating greater AI-driven capabilities into its operations.

"Customers increasingly want a complete platform they can trust, something that combines IT agility, an open approach to integration, and amplifies their ability to innovate rapidly," said Mike Rosenbaum. "This position has become even more valuable as insurers modernize core systems and look to operationalize the latent benefits AI creates for the insurance industry."

Guidewire's leadership believes that its cloud-based platform is uniquely positioned to meet the evolving needs of the insurance industry, particularly in terms of AI adoption. As such, the company remains confident in its ability to continue delivering strong results and driving growth.
