Hyperfine Accelerates Growth Momentum with Record-Breaking Q2 2026 Results

Hyperfine, Inc. has made a stunning start to the year, delivering another strong quarter with revenue soaring 45% year-over-year to $3.9 million in Q2 2026. This remarkable growth marks the company's second-highest quarterly revenue ever and brings its first-half revenue to a robust $7.8 million.

During the quarter, Hyperfine sold an impressive 12 systems, a 50% year-over-year increase, with a significant majority coming from their next-generation Swoop system powered by Optive AI. This next-generation version of the Swoop system, now referred to as Model 2, has been a game-changer for the company, boasting improved image quality, expanding clinical utility, and a growing body of real-world evidence.

Hyperfine's President and CEO, Maria Sainz, highlighted the company's strong execution across commercial, operational, and financial priorities during Q2. She noted that the company has successfully broadened adoption across sites of care, increased engagement with Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), entered new geographies, expanded its clinical evidence, strengthened its balance sheet, and improved its financial profile.

As a result of these achievements, Hyperfine is now focused on translating this stronger foundation into broader commercial scale. The company remains confident in its growth, margins, and long-term opportunities, reiterating its full-year 2026 revenue and cash burn guidance. Market demand remains healthy, with Hyperfine driving growth across three key verticals: hospitals, neurology offices, and international markets.

Within the hospital market, which represents the company's largest commercial vertical, the Swoop system has moved beyond niche use in critical care toward broader platform utility across emergency departments, hospital-based clinics, neurological workflows, and mobile deployment models. Hospital programs launched with a Model 2 Swoop system have reported high utilization, increased scan volumes, and meaningful clinical workflow and economic benefits.

Hyperfine's next-generation Swoop system has been at the forefront of its success, and the company is now capitalizing on this momentum to drive further growth. With its strong foundation in place, Hyperfine is well-positioned for continued expansion and innovation in the years to come.
