IBEX Continues Unstoppable Streak with Record-Breaking Q4 and Full-Year 2026 Results

Welcome to the world of IBEX, a company that's been on an unprecedented roll. The latest quarterly conference call has just wrapped up, and the numbers are nothing short of stunning. In its fourth quarter and full-year 2026 results, IBEX has once again outperformed the market, leaving its competitors in its dust.

According to CEO Bob Dechant, the company delivered record-breaking revenue growth of 12% to $164.3 million in Q4, bringing the total organic revenue growth for the full year to a whopping 15%, or $644.1 million. But that's not all - IBEX also set new records for Adjusted EBITDA, EPS, adjusted EPS, operating cash flow, and free cash flow.

What's behind this remarkable performance? Dechant credits the company's "differentiation" and proven track record, which enables it to win top-tier clients across various verticals. This, in turn, allows IBEX to take significant market share from its competitors, resulting in best-in-class client retention rates.

One of the most impressive aspects of IBEX's growth story is its ability to accelerate new logo wins. In Q4 alone, the company added nine new trophy logos, bringing the annual total to 17 across multiple verticals and geographies. Revenue from the top five, top 10, and top 25 clients grew by 24%, 22%, and 15%, respectively, further solidifying IBEX's market share dominance.

But it's not just about numbers - IBEX's clients are singing its praises too. The company was named Partner of the Year by three different Fortune 500 companies, all of which are top 10 clients. This is a testament to the impact of IBEX's solutions on their business outcomes and the high level of satisfaction they have with the company's services.

Dechant also highlighted the success of IBEX's health tech vertical, which grew by an impressive 42% in Q4 and 38% for the full year. This organic growth has surpassed the company's target revenue goal of $100 million by a significant margin, making it one of the most important growth vectors for IBEX in fiscal 2027 and beyond.

What sets IBEX apart from its competitors is its ability to improve as it grows - a testament to the company's commitment to excellence. As Dechant proudly stated, "One attribute of IBEX that I am particularly proud of is our ability to improve as we grow. That applies to our business, our team, and our brand."
