IBEX Powers Ahead: Record Revenue and Double-Digit Growth Mark Q1 FY 2027
IBEX, a leading business process outsourcing (BPO) company, announced record-breaking results for its first quarter of fiscal year 2027. In a conference call with investors on November 5th, the company's CEO, Bob Dechant, highlighted strong growth and momentum in the industry.
The Q1 FY 2027 earnings report showed a powerful 16% increase in revenue, bringing quarterly revenue to an all-time high of $175.2 million. This marked the seventh consecutive quarter of double-digit growth for IBEX, demonstrating its ability to capitalize on differentiated offerings and drive top-line performance.
Dechant emphasized that this growth was not limited to new logos. The company gained significant market share with its existing clients, driven by stellar operational performance. Revenues from IBEX's top five, top 10, and top 25 clients increased 14%, 13%, and 18% respectively year-over-year.
The CEO attributed this success to the flywheel effect of the company's growth strategy. As IBEX scales, its compounding impact across the business becomes more powerful, giving them increased confidence in future performance. The partnership with Sierra has also fueled momentum, leading to four new logos for traditional BPO services and four AI Agent deals signed in the quarter.
Notably, the revenues from new logo wins accounted for approximately 50% of revenue growth in Q1 FY 2027, a significant increase from prior years. This performance demonstrates the strength of IBEX's BPO 3.0 strategy as its competitive moat grows wider and deeper.
The record results extended beyond top-line growth. Net income, adjusted net income, adjusted EBITDA, EPS, adjusted EPS, operating cash flow, and free cash flow all reached new highs in Q1 FY 2027. Adjusted EBITDA margin was a robust 14.4%, up 150 basis points year-over-year.
These achievements validate IBEX's core theme of getting better as it grows. The company's financial performance continues to set new records, with client and employee satisfaction scores reaching new heights, further separating them from the legacy BPO pack.
