Jack Henry Delivers Record-Breaking Financial Performance in Q4 and Full Fiscal Year 2026


In a recent conference call, Jack Henry reported record-breaking financial performance for both its fourth quarter and full fiscal year 2026. The company's non-GAAP revenue reached $633 million in the fourth quarter, up 7% from last year's fourth quarter, and significantly higher than implied guidance.

For the full fiscal year, Jack Henry's non-GAAP revenue totaled $2.5 billion, a 7% increase over last year. The company's non-GAAP operating margin was 24%, representing a 92 basis point increase from the prior year. This marked the third consecutive year of margin expansion of 60 basis points or greater, exceeding initial guidance.

"We're proud to have set new sales records for the year, with 58 competitive core wins, surpassing our previous record of 57 wins achieved in both 2019 and 2024."

Jack Henry's sales team also delivered an impressive 60% of its sales as new contracts in fiscal year 2026, up from 45% the prior year. The company implemented a new sales process to achieve a healthier balance of new sales and renewal contracts, which exceeded expectations.

In addition to record financial performance, Jack Henry set new records for sales and marketing team delivered an outstanding 58 competitive core wins for the year, with six institutions having more than $1 billion in assets. The company won 45 core deals with institutions over $1 billion in assets, representing approximately $98 billion in total assets.
