Keysight Technologies Delivers Record-Breaking Q3 2026 Results Amidst Industry Growth

Keysight Technologies, a leading provider of electronic design and measurement solutions, has announced its record-breaking fiscal third quarter (Q3) 2026 results. The company's exceptional performance is attributed to strong execution by the team and growing demand across its full suite of differentiated products and solutions.

In Q3 2026, Keysight reported a significant 56% growth in orders, followed by a 36% increase in revenue and an impressive 79% rise in earnings per share. The company's free cash flow generation was equally robust, further solidifying its financial stability. Building on this momentum, Keysight has raised its outlook for the fourth quarter (Q4) and the full fiscal year.

Keysight's President and CEO, Satish Dhanasekaran, emphasized that customers are increasingly investing in solving complex engineering challenges across various end markets, such as AI infrastructure, advanced semiconductors, defense modernization, and next-generation communications. The company's outperformance reflects the effectiveness of its differentiated solutions strategy and growing value proposition to customers throughout their innovation life cycle.

The Communication Solutions Group reported an impressive 43% revenue growth in Q3 2026, driven by compounding momentum in commercial communications and strength in aerospace, defense, and government. The Wireline segment delivered record orders, more than doubling year-over-year, thanks to the rapid scaling of the AI infrastructure ecosystem.

Keysight's President of the Communications Solutions Group, Kailash Narayanan, highlighted that the company is capitalizing on four key pillars of opportunity within this business: AI infrastructure scaling, speed transitions, silicon photonics, and system-level emulation. These growth drivers are enabling Keysight to participate across the entire AI innovation life cycle, from pre-silicon design through chip and component validation and system-level emulation.

One notable example is Keysight's introduction of high-performance digital and RF solutions for lab use, which silicon designers are adopting to validate new designs with system-level requirements. Additionally, interconnect manufacturers are utilizing Keysight's high-fidelity analyzers to characterize the performance of high-speed backplanes, ensuring signal integrity and manufacturing yield.

With a strong foundation in place, Keysight remains focused on executing its strategy for long-term value creation. The company is committed to identifying and investing ahead of structural growth opportunities, engaging early and deeply with industry leaders, and building differentiated capabilities to solve customers' mission-critical applications.
