Littelfuse Hits Record Sales, Earnings Growth in Q3 2026
The third quarter of 2026 was a remarkable period for Littelfuse, with the company delivering record net sales and earnings growth.
According to the company's recent conference call transcript, Littelfuse reported $767 million in net sales, representing an organic revenue growth of 22% year-over-year. This impressive performance was driven by the execution of the company's strategic priorities and demand strength across its end markets.
The Q3 results were also impacted by a one-time Dortmund contract amendment fee that reduced semiconductor sales by $28.5 million. However, this did not hinder the company's overall growth, with adjusted earnings reaching a record $5.79 and 96% year-over-year earnings growth.
Littelfuse's strong execution was evident in its free cash flow performance, which increased by 66% year-to-date. This reinforces the company's ability to generate significant cash from operations.
The company's end market exposures also delivered impressive results during the quarter. The Computing, Communications, and Diversified Industrials (CCDI) segment showed another quarter of strong growth, with Data Center being a leading contributor. Littelfuse's unique grid-to-chip capability and customer-focused go-to-market model continue to drive success in this area.
Across diversified industrials, the company delivered broad-based growth led by demand for medical and aerospace and defense applications. This was complemented by strong orders from its broad market channel partners, reflecting healthy end customer POS across geographies and applications.
In the Energy and Industrial Infrastructure (EII) segment, Littelfuse saw broad-based demand momentum, with Basler Electric performing well. Within industrial infrastructure, growth was led by industrial automation, heavy construction, and HVAC demand recovery. The company's market-leading protection solutions also drove increased demand for its grid modernization and utility investment.
Within Transportation and Logistics (T&L), commercial vehicle demand strengthened in the quarter, driven by Littelfuse's proactive go-to-market engagement and a market recovery across heavy truck, agriculture, and material handling equipment. Passenger vehicles revenue also increased, reflecting strong execution and content and market share gains despite lower global vehicle production.
As a result of these successes, Littelfuse is well-positioned to maintain its operational momentum heading into the fourth quarter. Bookings were again a record in Q3, driven by growth across its businesses, with the company's book-to-bill remaining well north of 1.0.
