The global workforce solutions company, ManpowerGroup, has reported a robust performance in the second quarter of 2026, surpassing expectations with revenues growing at a rate of 6% on a constant currency basis. The company's reported revenues for the quarter stood at $4.9 billion, with system-wide revenue reaching $5.3 billion.

Chair and CEO, Jonas Prising, highlighted the strong execution across the company's brands and markets, continued cost discipline, and improving demand trends as key drivers of the positive results. The Manpower brand, in particular, delivered its fifth consecutive quarter of growth, with revenue increasing by 8% in constant currency.

The CEO emphasized that the company is leveraging its scale and global footprint to focus commercial efforts on high-demand verticals, such as manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, logistics, and retail. In the U.S., Manpower's performance was particularly strong, driven by accelerated sales activity and a robust pipeline that continues to build.

Experis, the company's technology resourcing and services business, also demonstrated encouraging improvement, driven by sustained demand for specialized capabilities in cloud migration, application development, data, and AI. The partnership approach and human plus agent offerings are addressing new market needs, contributing to a pipeline of higher-value opportunities with clients seeking both agility and deep technical expertise.

In Talent Solutions, the company delivered sequential improvement and is encouraged by the strength of the pipeline. ManpowerGroup continues to actively shape its business towards higher-value opportunities where capabilities are most differentiated.

The CEO also shared updates on the company's transformation, emphasizing that they remain committed to optimizing their current cost base and aligning capacity with client demand. The company has been focused on executing against today's demand while positioning itself for the opportunities anticipated tomorrow.
