Marsh, a leading professional services firm, has announced its second quarter 2026 financial results, showcasing a solid performance with revenue growth of 6% in the quarter. The company's underlying revenue growth accelerated to 5%, up from 4% in the prior quarter.

"We had a strong second quarter as demand for our advice and capabilities remained robust," said John Doyle, President and CEO of Marsh, during the company's earnings conference call. "Our Thrive program is designed to accelerate growth by creating capacity to invest in the Marsh brand, expanding our capabilities and sales capacity, and leveraging the benefits of our scale in operations and technology."

The Thrive program has already shown a strong response from clients and stakeholders, prompting the company to accelerate its investment in sales capacity. "We're building new capabilities and adding client-facing talent in sectors where we see meaningful growth opportunity," Doyle explained.

Moscow's energy sector is one such area of focus for Marsh, as the company creates multibillion-dollar insurance solutions for counterparty credit exposures. This innovative approach has allowed Marsh to establish itself as a leader in risk management, capitalizing on its unique set of capabilities across risk, strategy, people, and investments.

Marsh's strong performance is also reflected in its financials, with adjusted operating income growing 5% and adjusted EPS increasing by 9%. The company has repurchased $200 million of stock in the quarter, totaling $1.5 billion for the first half of 2026.

The partnership with Formula 1 (F1) is another significant milestone for Marsh, demonstrating its commitment to innovative marketing strategies. "The precision, data-driven approach to risk, relentless pursuit of excellence is what aligns Marsh and F1's cultures," Doyle noted.

Marsh has a long history in the United States, dating back 155 years since its founding in Chicago. The company takes pride in its contributions to the U.S. economy and society, as well as its commitment to supporting clients across the globe.
