OrthoPediatrics Corporation Smashes Q3 2026 Revenue Records with $72.7 Million in Sales

OrthoPediatrics Corporation, a leading provider of pediatric-specific orthopedic solutions, has reported an outstanding quarter for its fiscal year 2026. In the third quarter alone, the company delivered record revenue of $72.7 million, marking a 19% increase over the same period in the previous year.

The impressive growth was driven by substantial gains across all of OrthoPediatrics' businesses, including ongoing share gains across its legacy product portfolio, robust implant demand, and strong international results. The company's existing portfolio continues to deliver, while its Super Cycle – which includes recent product launches such as the 3P Hip, TRAXIO, and VerteGlide – is starting to contribute growth.

"This was an outstanding quarter for OrthoPediatrics," said David Bailey, President and Chief Executive Officer. "We helped nearly 42,000 children during the quarter, bringing our total impact to over 1.4 million kids helped. I am proud of what our team and clinical partners continue to accomplish."

The company's performance has set it up well for multiple years of growth, with many of its Super Cycle products still in the early stages of full market release. As utilization ramps, OrthoPediatrics is beginning to see the positive impact of these products both in clinical settings and in its profit and loss (P&L) statement.

"We are extremely encouraged by the revenue contributions of our recent product launches," Bailey continued. "As utilization ramps, we are beginning to see the positive impact of these products, both in clinical settings and in our P&L, which is proving the value of our work for the kids and clinicians who rely on our technology."

OrthoPediatrics has raised its full-year revenue guidance to $270 million-$273 million, representing growth of 14%-16%. The company's improved profitability is also evident, with record adjusted EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization) and positive free cash flow in the quarter.

"We are very pleased with our continued ability to grow the business while strengthening its financial profile and driving leverage," Bailey said. "At the same time, it is clear we are investing in innovation while staying focused on expenses, working capital, and capital deployment."

The company's innovative approach has set it up for long-term success, with many of its Super Cycle products still to be released or further expanded upon. As OrthoPediatrics continues to deliver record revenue and improve profitability, investors are taking notice.
