Phibro Animal Health Corporation Roars into Record-Breaking Year

In a spectacular display of growth and resilience, Phibro Animal Health Corporation has achieved record-breaking net sales of over $1.5 billion for fiscal year 2026.

According to the company's Q4 2026 conference call transcript, this remarkable milestone marks a 7% increase in total sales compared to the previous year, with adjusted EBITDA soaring by a whopping 39% to reach $255 million.

The fourth quarter saw sales growth of 5%, with adjusted EBITDA expanding by 29%. This impressive performance is attributed to the company's ability to execute better, operate more efficiently, and position itself for long-term growth, as highlighted by Daniel Bendheim, President and Chief Executive Officer.

"Fiscal 2026 was a strong year for Phibro," said Bendheim. "We delivered record net sales of more than $1.5 billion and increased adjusted EBITDA by 39% to $255 million. In the fourth quarter, sales grew 5% and adjusted EBITDA grew 29%. More importantly, these results reflect a company that is executing better, operating more efficiently, and positioning itself for long-term growth."

One of the key drivers behind this success was the company's Mineral Nutrition segment, which delivered particularly strong performance with sales increasing by 20% in the quarter and 11% for the year.

The Animal Health business, Phibro's core segment, also remained a significant growth engine, growing 8% in the quarter and 7% for the full year. Legacy MFAs increased by 11% during the quarter, while Nutritional Specialties and vaccines grew 5% and 4%, respectively.

The acquired Zoetis MFA portfolio, which was part of Phibro's transformation program, Phibro Forward, saw a 70% increase in sales for the full year. Although sales from this portfolio declined by 11% in the quarter, this result was in line with expectations and reflected a difficult comparison against a strong prior-year period.

As Phibro continues to execute on its long-term strategy, investors can expect further growth and expansion across the company's entire portfolio in the years to come. The company has formally concluded its three-year transformation program, marking another significant milestone in its journey towards success.
