Stagwell's Pivotal Quarter: Record-Breaking Revenue, 11% Organic Growth, and a $1.5 Billion Federal Win

Stagwell, a marketing transformation company, has officially marked its third quarter as the biggest on record in virtually every metric. As per the Q3 2026 conference call transcript released on October 29, 2026, at 8:30 AM ET, Stagwell's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Mark Penn made some striking remarks about the company's performance.

In a pivotal shift towards software and digital transformation, Stagwell has successfully transitioned from being primarily a marketing services company. This move has enabled the company to emerge as the partner of choice for companies looking to transform their marketing. As Penn noted, "Stagwell is the tech company's tech company," working alongside industry giants like ServiceNow, Adobe, and Palantir to build cutting-edge agentic marketing solutions.

The results are nothing short of impressive. Stagwell's revenue, net revenue, and adjusted EBITDA have all reached record highs in the third quarter, with organic growth at 11% and more than 7% organic net revenue growth. The company's digital transformation segment grew a staggering 23% organically, while its Marketing Cloud division saw an astonishing 108% increase in organic growth.

Moreover, Stagwell's adjusted EBITDA grew by 25%, reaching $145 million with a margin of 22%. This significant improvement was driven by the company's commitment to cost controls and strategic shifts towards higher-growth software and digital transformation. The company also reported an impressive $125 million increase in year-to-date cash flow from operations, leading to a $93 million rise in free cash flow.

What adds another layer of excitement is Stagwell's massive win – securing a prime subcontractor position for work with the U.S. Central Command at CACI, worth an impressive $1.5 billion over five years. As Mark Penn put it, "We have been building our team and gaining expertise," which has now paid off with this major federal assignment.

With its record-breaking revenue and significant growth in new business, Stagwell is well-positioned to take on the changing marketing landscape. Its innovative approach and strategic partnerships will likely enable it to continue leading the industry's growth rate.
