During the conference call on September 24th, Patrick Zammit, Chief Executive Officer, highlighted the company's outstanding performance, stating that both Distribution and Hyve divisions delivered above-expectation results.
The company reported non-GAAP gross billings of $24.8 billion, a staggering 27% year-over-year growth, with notable strength in data center infrastructure. This significant expansion demonstrates TD SYNNEX's ability to adapt to evolving market trends, as customers increasingly seek help integrating and deploying solutions across multiple vendors and technologies.
"As technology environments become more complex, our role as a trusted partner becomes even more critical," said Patrick Zammit. "We're proud of our achievements in Q3, which demonstrate our commitment to supporting customer growth and driving innovation."
One notable highlight from the quarter was the partnership between TD SYNNEX and Mach3 Systems to support an NVIDIA AI factory powered by Vera Rubin NVL72 systems. This collaboration represents one of the largest enterprise AI factory infrastructure deployments expected through the channel, showcasing the company's growing influence in the rapidly evolving technology landscape.
Chief Financial Officer David Jordan discussed the near-term impact of working capital investments on cash flow during the quarter but emphasized that these strategic moves position TD SYNNEX to support committed customer demand and future growth. "We're confident in our ability to navigate market fluctuations while maintaining a strong focus on long-term growth opportunities," he added.
Looking ahead, TD SYNNEX remains optimistic about emerging trends, including enterprise AI adoption, data center modernization, and the increasing need for secure, governed, cost-effective, and measurable business outcomes. As Patrick Zammit noted, "These developments expand our opportunities across both Distribution and Hyve and reinforce our confidence in the long-term growth opportunity ahead."
With its impressive Q3 performance, TD SYNNEX solidifies its position as a leader in the technology distribution industry, poised to capitalize on emerging trends and drive innovation forward.
