TG Therapeutics Hits Stride as Q2 2026 Results Show Strong Execution and Future Potential

TG Therapeutics, a biopharmaceutical company focused on developing treatments for various diseases, has announced its strong execution in the second quarter of 2026. According to the company's recent conference call transcript, the quarter marked an important evolution for TG Therapeutics, as it continues to establish BRIUMVI as a leading therapy in relapsing multiple sclerosis.

Mike Weiss, Chief Executive Officer at TG Therapeutics, stated that the second quarter provided a window into where the company is headed. From a commercial perspective, the company delivered another excellent quarter, exceeding its guidance for new patient starts and expanding physician adoption. The commercial organization executed at an exceptionally high level, as the company approached a billion-dollar annualized run rate.

TG Therapeutics' objective remains straightforward: to become the number one prescribed anti-CD20 therapy in relapsing MS based on dynamic market share. The company is making meaningful progress toward this goal through continued commercial execution, ongoing product innovation, and a growing body of real-world evidence demonstrating the BRIUMVI value proposition.

During the quarter, TG Therapeutics announced positive top-line phase III results from its ENHANCE study, which demonstrated that patients can initiate BRIUMVI with a single 600-milligram infusion. This new initiation schedule could be available as early as the middle of next year, eliminating the need for an additional infusion visit and reducing treatment burden.

The company also reported additional real-world data from its ongoing ENABLE phase IV study, demonstrating significant and durable improvements in patient-reported outcomes on BRIUMVI. Patients transitioning from prior anti-CD20 therapies maintained strong disease control while also reporting meaningful improvements in convenience, tolerability, and overall treatment satisfaction.

TG Therapeutics continued to advance subcutaneous ublituximab, the active agent in BRIUMVI, by reporting positive phase I bioavailability data for its proprietary subcutaneous formulation. This increased confidence in the quarterly dosing schedule being evaluated in a fully enrolled phase III study.

The company's strong execution and future potential have been highlighted through its recent Q2 2026 results. With ongoing product innovation, growing real-world evidence, and continued commercial success, TG Therapeutics is well-positioned to achieve its objectives and establish itself as a leading player in the biopharmaceutical industry.
