TOMI Environmental Solutions Inc. Reports Strong Q2 2026 Results with 118% Year-Over-Year Revenue Growth

TOMI Environmental Solutions Inc. has announced impressive second quarter 2026 financial results, showcasing a significant increase in revenue and operational efficiency. The company's CEO and Chairman, Dr. Halden Shane, highlighted the key highlights of the quarter during the recent conference call.

In a call that was attended by investors and analysts, Dr. Shane emphasized TOMI's commitment to transparency and keeping shareholders informed about the progress of its strategic initiatives. The integration with Carbon-Ion Corp has been advancing as planned, and the company remains focused on pursuing new opportunities for growth throughout 2026.

The results demonstrate a revenue increase of 118% year-over-year and 36% sequentially from the first quarter of 2026. Notably, BIT solution sales exceeded $700,000 for the first half of the year, indicating an upward trend that positions TOMI to finish the year with higher sales than in each of the prior two years.

Furthermore, the company's cost discipline led to a 10% year-over-year reduction in quarterly operating expenses to $1.63 million, driven by significant savings across general and administrative costs. This proactive approach strengthened the balance sheet, expanding working capital to $1.82 million and increasing cash and cash equivalents to $322,000 at quarter end.

TOMI has also made substantial operational progress towards remediating its historic material weakness. The company implemented rigorous inventory and treasury controls, formalized close and revenue recognition procedures, and strengthened finance leadership with dedicated CPA oversight. These actions reflect TOMI's commitment to full remediation, operational discipline, and robust financial reporting.

One of the notable trends in the quarter was the growth across four key metrics: BIT solution sales, mobile equipment, single applicators, and support services. The increase in applicator sales and support services directly stem from initiatives introduced in late 2024 and early 2025, further validating TOMI's strategic focus.

The ongoing health of the company continues to be reflected in a growing sales backlog. At the end of last year, TOMI reported a backlog of $1.6 million, which grew to $2.6 million by the end of the second quarter. This steady expansion in sales backlog reflects the strength of TOMI's automated Integrated System and the expanded service offerings implemented.

As TOMI looks ahead to the remainder of 2026, the company remains committed to its strategic initiatives and will continue to pursue new opportunities for growth without interruption. With a growing sales backlog and increasing revenue, investors are taking note of the company's progress and the potential it holds for future success.
