TriSalus Life Sciences Surges Ahead with Record-Breaking Q2 2026 Results
TriSalus Life Sciences, a leading developer of innovative cancer treatment solutions, has posted impressive second-quarter (Q2) 2026 financial results. In a recent conference call, the company's leadership team shared details of their growth and strategic initiatives.
According to Mary Szela, President and Chief Executive Officer, TriSalus achieved total revenue of over $11.4 million in Q2 2026, reflecting both sequential and year-over-year growth. This achievement was underpinned by progress across the company's strategic priorities, including elevating its commercial team and infrastructure, investing in foundational clinical studies to validate the value of Pressure-Enabled Drug Delivery (PEDD), and innovating and evolving the PEDD technology and portfolio.
Szela highlighted the significance of TriSalus' work, pointing out that there has been little innovation in catheter-assisted oncology drug delivery over the past several decades. In contrast, therapeutic drug discovery and innovation have seen significant leaps forward during this time. The company's TriNav system addresses this shortfall by enabling interventional radiologists to deliver any therapy to a tumor with enhanced perfusion, precision, and concentration, while avoiding off-target delivery.
TriSalus has been making disciplined, intentional investments in its commercial infrastructure to deepen physician engagement and adoption of the TriNav system. This strategic focus has resulted in the company more than doubling its commercial footprint over the first half of 2026. Szela noted that the build-out was deliberate and necessary, with a focus on attracting top talent.
The company's commercial evolution is already showing positive results, with ramping engagement and productivity reported across the organization. Furthermore, TriSalus has recently received notification from CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) of a G-code that extends reimbursement of the TriNav system into the physician office setting, also known as an Office-Based Lab (OBL). This development significantly expands access to the company's platform and represents a major win for patients.
TriSalus' Q2 2026 results demonstrate the company's ability to execute on its strategic priorities while continuing to innovate in the field of cancer treatment. As Szela emphasized, the opportunity ahead of TriSalus is significant, and the company remains excited about educating clinicians and patients about the benefits of the TriNav system.
