Vinci Compass Accelerates Growth with Strategic Acquisitions and Expanding Presence in Latin America
Vinci Compass, a leading full-service alternative asset manager in Latin America, has marked another significant milestone in its journey towards growth and expansion. The company's second-quarter 2026 results have demonstrated tangible progress across key areas of its strategy, including expanding investment capabilities, increasing platform scale, and building a more diversified and resilient business.
Notably, Vinci Compass has signed an agreement to acquire the Navi Real Estate platform, adding approximately BRL 800 million in assets under management. This strategic move deepens the company's presence in the Multi-strategy Real Estate segment, strengthening its ability to compete in a market where scale and specialized investment expertise are increasingly important.
The acquisition broadens Vinci Compass' range of solutions for clients and reinforces its role as a consolidator of high-quality investment franchises across Latin America. Moreover, this transaction speaks to the company's defining characteristic – building a scalable organization underpinned by deep investment expertise and a robust corporate infrastructure.
Another important milestone was the successful closing of Vinci Compass' combination with BACS Asset Management in early June. This added BRL 4 billion in assets under management across credit and equities, taking an essential step towards building a scaled asset management platform in Argentina.
Vinci Compass remains constructive on the long-term outlook for Argentina, supported by evolving savings dynamics in the region, rising financial penetration, and growing demand for more sophisticated investment solutions. The combination enhances its ability to capture attractive growth opportunities across various markets while strengthening its position in a consolidating market.
In terms of specific results, Vinci Compass generated fee-related earnings of BRL 88.7 million, or BRL 1.35 per share, with an FRE margin of 32.5%. Adjusted distributable earnings were BRL 63.3 million, or BRL 0.96 per share.
Additionally, Vinci Compass has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.17 per common share, payable on September 9th to shareholders of record as of August 23rd.
The company's CEO, Alessandro Horta, expressed satisfaction with the second-quarter results, highlighting tangible progress across key areas of its strategy. He emphasized that the Navi Real Estate platform acquisition is a strategic fit and will strengthen Vinci Compass' presence in the Multi-strategy Real Estate segment.
