Voyager Technologies Soars to Record Heights in Q3 2026 with Exceptional Financial Performance
The latest conference call from Voyager Technologies has revealed an impressive set of financial results for the third quarter of 2026. The company's exceptional performance has seen record bookings, revenue, and backlog, cementing its position as a leading player in the defense and space markets.
According to Patrick Yarborough, Head of Investor Relations, Voyager delivered a strong Q3 with record bookings of $116 million, an increase of 135% year-over-year. This growth was driven primarily by existing businesses, excluding Astrobotic, which underscores the strength of the company's organic growth engine.
The revenue for the quarter reached a record $89 million, increasing 124% year-over-year and 68% sequentially. This acceleration reflects growing activity across Voyager's existing programs, complemented by initial contributions from Astrobotic. The company also ended the quarter with a record backlog of $742 million, nearly four times the level a year ago.
Voyager Technologies' Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Dylan Taylor, highlighted the importance of these results in his opening remarks on the conference call. He emphasized that the exceptional performance demonstrates more than strong quarterly results; it reflects the increasing scale of their business, the strength of their market position, and a business model working as intended.
One notable highlight from the quarter was the company's growing presence in the national security and defense markets. Voyager secured $62 million worth of advanced national security and defense awards, which is a significant milestone for the company.
In addition to its financial performance, Voyager Technologies continues to advance important strategic milestones aligned with their 2026 objectives. The preparations for the Griffin-1 lunar mission are progressing well, while NASA's release of the Commercial LEO Destinations Phase 2 RFP represents another step towards Starlab's next phase of development and commercialization.
The company's financial position has never been stronger, with $816 million in total liquidity. This substantial financial flexibility will enable Voyager to execute existing programs, support organic growth, and pursue disciplined strategic investments that create long-term shareholder value.
Voyager Technologies is raising their full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $285 million-$305 million, reflecting the company's confidence in its growth trajectory heading into 2027. With this exceptional Q3 performance, Voyager is well-positioned to capture significant opportunities across the defense and space markets.
