WisdomTree Continues Its Unrelenting Momentum: Q2 2026 Recap

The company's relentless pace of growth continued unabated in the second quarter of 2026, with Assets Under Management (AUM) reaching a record-breaking $162.9 billion at quarter-end. This represents a 7% increase from March 31st, driven by favorable market conditions, positive net inflows, and the strategic acquisition of Atlantic House.

Net inflows for the quarter totaled $3.1 billion, with a staggering $2.1 billion coming from Europe and $1 billion from the United States. Year-to-date net inflows have reached an impressive $9 billion, representing an annualized organic growth rate of approximately 13%. This is a testament to the company's broad range of strategies and global presence.

The acquisition of Atlantic House has been a game-changer for WisdomTree, expanding its presence in Europe and enhancing capabilities in outcome-oriented and derivatives-based investment solutions. The addition also provides complementary revenue streams and additional avenues for growth across the international business.

On the capital management front, the company continues to execute on its priorities with discipline. In the quarter, it retired $127 million principal amount of convertible notes maturing in 2026 and 2029, reducing leverage and simplifying the capital structure. Open market share repurchases commenced during the quarter, with approximately $29 million spent to date, representing roughly 1.7 million shares.

Global AUM currently stands at approximately $164 billion, reflecting a 1% increase since quarter-end, driven by net inflows and positive market movement. Revenues for the quarter were $177.2 million, an increase of 11% from the first quarter and 57% from the prior year quarter.

The Ceres acquisition contributed $5.4 million in management fees and $6 million in performance fees to revenues. Other revenues totaled $19.5 million, reflecting higher AUM in European products and revenues from Atlantic House, partly offset by more moderate trading activity.

Adjusted operating margin reached 41.1% for the year-to-date period, an expansion of 900 basis points compared to the prior year. This milestone underscores the scalability of WisdomTree's operating model as it continues to grow.

Adjusted net income for the quarter was $48.1 million or $0.31 per share, a solid foundation on which the company will build its future growth prospects.
