BitFuFu Inc. Powers Ahead in Q2 2026 with Strong Execution and Strategic Shifts

BitFuFu Inc., a leading player in the computing power infrastructure sector, has reported a robust second quarter 2026, marked by significant executional progress and strategic shifts aimed at optimizing its business model.

The company's self-mining hash rate grew to approximately 3.5 exahash per second, up 9.3% quarter-over-quarter, while monthly self-mining production nearly tripled during the quarter, reaching a peak of 90 Bitcoin. This substantial increase in production was driven by the company's focus on optimizing its hash rate mix and upgrading platform capabilities.

BitFuFu's hosting revenue also witnessed a remarkable 254% year-over-year growth, primarily due to the success of its Buy and Host solution. This offering has gained significant traction among clients seeking a more flexible and hassle-free way to manage their mining assets. The company's ability to sustain strong demand from new customers throughout the quarter underscores the potential of this solution as a future growth driver.

In cloud mining, while lower Bitcoin prices temporarily impacted customer ordering, BitFuFu observed growing demand for differentiated products, such as hash rate products with stable outputs. This shift in customer needs provides valuable insights for the company to refine its cloud mining product suite and better meet evolving market demands.

BitFuFu's efforts to strengthen its operational foundation are evident in its acquisition of approximately 3,200 latest generation S21 XP miners during the quarter. The company has also secured additional hash rate capacity, which will come online throughout August, positioning it to bring its total managed hash rate back to around 20 exahash per second by mid-August.

The company's continued discipline in operational execution and its differentiated business model are key drivers of its success. As Chairman and CEO Leo Lu noted during the Q2 earnings call, "We didn't sit back and simply wait for market conditions to improve. Instead, we doubled down on what we can control, taking decisive strategic steps to optimize our hash rate mix, upgrade platform capabilities, and drive operational efficiency."

BitFuFu's recognition as one of TIME's 2026 World's Growth Leaders and the Fortune Southeast Asia 500 further reinforces its standing in the global computing power infrastructure sector. These accolades are an encouraging validation of the company's efforts and a testament to its commitment to innovation and growth.
