Oxbridge's Q2 2026 Earnings Call: Strong Performance and Strategic Growth

The second quarter 2026 earnings call for Oxbridge, a leading player in the tokenized reinsurance business, was marked by strong performance and strategic growth. In a presentation led by Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer Jay Madhu, the company highlighted its continued success in building on the growth of its tokenized reinsurance business.

One of the key highlights from the quarter was the expansion of the SurancePlus platform to include third-party opportunities. Through this platform, Oxbridge has successfully closed five tokenized reinsurance offerings on the Solana blockchain, raising $7.1 million in aggregated gross proceeds. The offerings included the T20 and T42-2027 programs, which target annual returns of 26% and 32%, respectively, assuming no underwriting losses.

The company also reported strong performance from its EtaCat Re and ZetaCat Re offerings, which exceeded their original targets, delivering annualized returns of 29.3% and 43.4%, respectively. These offerings targeted annual returns of 20% and 42%, respectively, for the 2025/2026 treaty year.

In addition to its tokenized reinsurance business, Oxbridge has established a new AI infrastructure business focused on developing, owning, and operating AI data centers and related infrastructure. The company launched AI GridWorks, a newly formed subsidiary, which has quickly assembled an experienced infrastructure team and advanced a development pipeline.

The launch of AI GridWorks provides Oxbridge with another distinct but complementary growth platform, creating multiple avenues for long-term growth and shareholder value creation. This strategic move is expected to further diversify the company's revenue streams and enhance its overall competitiveness in the market.

According to Wrendon Timothy, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary, the financial results of the quarter were strong, with the company delivering on its promises.
